Your specifications are strict on the raw material to be used (specific grade, brand or UL reference ?). We send an inspector to analyse sample of the incoming material to your supplier factory in China. Better to be sure your project is starting on good basis.

PRODUCTION FOLLOW-UP

You have a complex or critical part under production, and don’t want to wait the parts are finished to be sure your supplier is doing it the correct way. Then you’ll feel safe by having AGC inspector going onsite to have a factory follow-up of your production.

POST PRODUCTION INSPECTION / PRE SHIPMENT INSPECTION

You need to avoid bad surprise at the reception of the goods, which would involve an extra delay for the checking, more difficulties to face supplier with his own responsibilities and unnecessary complications if rework is needed.

AGC sends inspectors on your factory everywhere in China and will check all critical dimensions, aspects, fonctions, assemblies and provide you with detailed report for validation before the parts are shipped.

Worried of receiving bad packaged/ loaded parts or you want to be sure the container to be loaded with the parts you ordered ? We are going to assist of the loading of your container in Chinese supplier. We will deliver a loading report and make sure that your directives will be followed during the loading.
