DescriptionAssembly of titanium plates with ruthenium and iridium coating.
Ruthenium acts as a catalyser for electrolysis and so improve the efficiency of the electrode whereas iridium is used as an anti-oxydant that will extend the service life of electrodes.
Standard coating is 8g of Ru for 2g of Ir per m2 of Titanium to coat.

Manufacturing processLaser Cutting: First, Grade 1 titanium plates are precisely laser cut to the required shapes.

Ultrasonic Cleaning: The cut titanium parts are thoroughly cleaned in an ultrasonic bath to remove any contaminants.

MMO Mix Preparation: The MMO (Mixed Metal Oxide) mixture is prepared with exact quantities to ensure optimal performance.

Manual Coating: The MMO coating is then manually applied using a brush, in multiple layers to achieve the desired thickness.

Baking: The coated parts are baked in an oven to cure and strengthen the MMO coating.

Final Assembly

Quality control-Tape test to confirm the adherence of the MMO
-X-rays are used to test the uniformity of coating thickness (between 2 and 10 *m)
– Lifespan tests are conducted with measurement of the anode efficiency after intense usage.
